It’s time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity:Acrylic Design Associates (ADA), a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for aCNC Operator to join the team on 2nd shift in Plymouth, MN!Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday 2:45pm - 1:15amYour Responsibilities:Review and interpret job travelers, measured drawings, cut sheets, and inspection documents to complete production work accurately.Set up and operate machinery according to job specifications, drawings, and operating procedures.Perform and document first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.Use calipers, protractors, tape measures, and other measurement equipment to verify product quality.Operate equipment safely, perform routine maintenance, and follow established production procedures.Handle, label, and store completed parts and materials according to documented guidelines.Maintain required process certifications and comply with quality standards and inspection requirements.Support department upkeep through proper care of Company equipment, tools, and company property.Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations and report injuries promptly.You Must Have:General understanding of Funuc Controlled Machinery and Router CIM programmingGeneral understanding of ADA Machining EquipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPossession of good math and problem solving skillsSafety and Hazardous Material training (provided by ADA)Requirements Within This Position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00.
