Collections Representative (Bilingual French)

Are you a strong problem solver who enjoys helping customers and resolving complex issues? We're looking for a Bilingual French Collections Representative to join our team and play a key role in partnering with customers to resolve invoice disputes, improve payment outcomes, and deliver an excellent customer experience.This is not a high-volume call center collections position. Instead, you'll focus on investigating account issues, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and finding solutions that help customers pay accurately and on time.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoicesLeverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoicesWork within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelinesEscalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadershipContribute ideas for process improvementDevelop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional serviceContinue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of collections processOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experienceBilingual French requirementFrench language proficiency required (spoken and written).Preferred:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsEffective and flexible communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisionsAbility to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environmentValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentDisclaimer:This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.  It is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills required of employees performing this role.Compensation Range$18.49 - $28.87The base pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
