With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning… Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.  Snapshot As Commercial Manager based in our HQ in Sydney, you will report to the Associate Commercial Director and play a key role within the Development team, leading the negotiation, execution and ongoing management of critical contracts across AirTrunk's hyperscale data centre projects. Working closely with teams and leadership across APJ, you will make your mark in a number of ways:  You will lead complex contract negotiations, particularly MSAs with General Contractors and OSE vendors, ensuring commercial and legal positions are optimised and risk is effectively managed  You will act as a trusted commercial and contractual advisor to internal stakeholders, providing clear guidance on contract terms, risk allocation and negotiation strategy  You will help shape and continuously improve AirTrunk's contracting frameworks, templates, governance and procurement practices at scale  What you'll do  Lead the drafting, review, negotiation and execution of contracts, with a strong focus on risk allocation, legal robustness and commercial outcomes  Drive MSA and key supplier negotiations, working closely with internal stakeholders to align on strategy, positions and approvals  Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and dispute resolution processes where required  Oversee contract governance processes, including approvals, compliance with internal frameworks and accurate documentation of negotiated positions  Support purchase order and cost management workflows, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and commercial intent  Provide clear, practical advice to Development, Finance and delivery teams on contractual matters, commercial risk and mitigation options  Identify, assess and proactively manage contractual risks and issues across the full project lifecycle  Contribute to the refinement of standard contract templates, negotiation playbooks and procurement practices to increase consistency, spee...
