Caring deeply about your professional development, long term goals and embrace your growth with internal and external support!We are seeking a new colleague for a Commercial Sourcing & Selling Expert in Meat  for Rotterdam Trading Office, located in Delft - The Netherlands  A selection of your responsibilities within your mission: Assuring that procedures and processes are followed and respected Expertise in supplier portfolios and assortment management in assigned meat category Negotiations with Suppliers and Customers Keep Supplier & market information up to date within the trading office network Manage daily business with internal and external stakeholders; incl. price alignments, ordering, exports, documentation flows as well as troubleshooting  Share ownership of troubleshooting across departments, contributing to a team effort to deliver end-to-end customer service. .... and many more!  If you are/have… Communicatively eloquent, professional and proactive Minimum 4 years’ work experience in Ultra Fresh industry (experience in the Meat industry/business (pork, poultry or beef) is appreciated) Fluent in English, fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German etc. is appreciated Curious and assertive  Accurate and result driven And… Promote a culture of respect and collaboration A challenging target doesn’t scare you Have commercial experience in the meat industry and or ultra fresh industry  Have a good insight into Procurement and Sourcing Are positive with an entrepreneurial mindset Challenged by working in an international environment We might be looking for you!   What we offer:A position in our office in Delft with a young and dynamic teamAn international informal working environment in which to expand your vision and knowledgeThe gross monthly start salary is €4.500 per month and can grow to €5.000 per month (gross annual salary €54.000 to €60.000, excluding holiday allowance).
