In this role, you'll combine construction expertise with ecological awareness to drive safety, quality, and efficiency on site. Working closely with Project Managers and other field leaders, you'll lead by example to ensure every job meets RES standards—and that every team member gets home safely.  This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong field experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of both construction processes and restoration best practices.    Experience in full site construction of stream restoration, stormwater infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects is required.  This position requires weekly travel throughout the Southeast, with overnight stays typically occurring Monday through Friday based on project location.    Why You Will Love This Job  You'll be part of a mission-driven company restoring natural ecosystems across diverse landscapes.  You'll lead projects that directly support water quality, biodiversity, and climate resilience.  You'll work with a supportive team that prioritizes safety, integrity, accountability, and excellence.  You'll gain exposure to innovative ecological restoration practices and cross-functional collaboration.  A Day in the Life  Your day starts by leading a tailgate safety meeting and reviewing the day's goals with your crew. On site, you’ll lead construction tasks, monitor equipment readiness, and ensure that work is progressing safely and according to plan. You’ll conduct site safety inspections, coach others on safe practices, and report incidents promptly to EHS&S and your supervisor.  You’ll use your knowledge of site plans, specifications, and ecological principles to guide daily operations and plans.
