Job Overview Jensen Hughes is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for conducting Fire Safety Training at all levels of an organization, typically in healthcare to leadership, clinical staff and support staff. This position will also provide exceptional emergency management consulting, including support of our Long-Term Care Mutual Aid Plans, program assessments, HVAs, plan/procedure design, training and drills/exercises. Responsibilities Deliver engaging hands-on and classroom-based training in fire safety, fire response, and surgical fire prevention, demonstrating strong communication and instructional skills. Act as a primary point of contact for client engagements, establish trust, build long-term partnerships, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Possess a strong knowledge of the CMS 2016 Emergency Preparedness Rule, The Joint Commission EM, DNV and HFAP standards, and baseline knowledge of NFPA standards (e.g., 99-12) Effectively coordinate and run meetings/workshops/exercises with local/regional healthcare and emergency response partners Excel at public speaking engagements with clear and concise messages to engage and energize an audience Contribute to business development by identifying growt...
