About Stable Money
Stable Money is India's fixed-income app — FDs, bonds, credit cards, gold, and mutual funds. SEBI-regulated, we're the "safe returns" alternative to equity-heavy fintechs. Content is a primary new-user engine, with a north-star of bringing  new users/month from content. Influencer is our single largest content-led acquisition lever.
The role
Own influencer marketing end-to-end — strategy, spends, execution, and the numbers. You'll run 50+ creator videos/month and a monthly spend scaling toward ~2× current levels, across formats and languages, held to a real CAC bar. This is not a coordination seat — you own the charter, the budget, and the outcome, and you run it like your own P&L.
What you'll own
Strategy & spends
Own the influencer P&L — monthly spend, blended CAC target, ROI
Decide the creator + format mix across multiple formats and platforms - Youtube, Instagram, etc
Build & manage the creator pipeline — tiers, regional-language creators, exclusivity, rate negotiation

Execution
Run the month end-to-end: briefs → scheduling → delivery → creator relationships
Maintain a creator scorecard — double down on winners, cut the bottom

Numbers & deep-dive(the differentiator)
Live on the data: creator-level CAC, conversion, and Platform CAC
Own the monthly performance readout — what moved NU, what to reallocate
Go deeper into content metrics like video completion, retention
What success looks like
First 90 days: own the creator pipeline + scorecard; a clean monthly CAC/NU dashboard live, clear insights on video retention, what kind of videos and creators should we work with and scalable playbook for higher spends.
Who you are
4–7+ years in influencer / performance / growth marketing — ideally fintech, D2C, or high-velocity consumer
Have owned a real budget and a CAC/ROI number — not just run campaigns
Fluent in the numbers — you build your own dashboards, argue from data, and know the difference between vanity metrics like reach or boosted views...
