JOB SUMMARY: The Contracts Specialist will work directly with Trace3’s Legal Department to assist and manage a variety of tasks, projects, and processes, including drafting and supporting final negotiating of contracts. This position will function as a contracts specialist and paralegal and will work closely with the Legal Department on a daily basis and provide assistance and support as needed. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Draft, review, revise and support final negotiation of partner and client agreements, including but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, subcontractor agreements and reseller agreements. Maintain contracts and corporate records for Trace3 and related entities. Manage approval and signature process for contracts and corporate documents.
