AWAL is looking for a Coordinator, Artist Relations to support artists across AWAL’s distribution business. This role is responsible for managing artist relationships at scale, supporting release operations, and helping artists successfully navigate AWAL’s platform, tools, and services throughout their lifecycle with us. You will serve as a key point of contact for a roster of developing artists and their teams, helping resolve issues, provide release guidance, surface growth opportunities, and ensure artists remain engaged and active on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music, artist development, and the independent ecosystem, and who thrives in a fast-paced, artist-facing environment. In addition to being a key point of contact for existing relationships, this role will also support new artist acquisition efforts. What you'll do: ● Manage day-to-day support and relationships for a roster of distribution artists and their teams● Guide artists through onboarding, release setup, platform tools, and operational workfl ows● Respond to artist questions across release management, DSP delivery, royalties, metadata, content claims, and platform functionality● Help artists navigate best practices around release strategy, pitching timelines, and audience growth● Monitor artist activity and performance to identify engagement, retention, or growth opportunities● Escalate high-priority issues, growth signals, or partne...
