The purpose of this job is to provide day-to-day Category support by assisting with the execution of monthly promotional plans and ongoing tracking of food and beverage products.Support the Category Management team with rollouts, test initiatives, and signage development processesTrack delivery of products and programs to stores and through supply chainProvide telephone and email support to troubleshoot store level questions and issues related to the categoryEnter pricing and product information into Price BookCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure clear and concise communication of all Food and Beverage initiativesPartner with vendors to execute marketing plans through distribution channels and into the storesModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent certification requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree with a concentration in retail or business preferredMinimum one year retail store and/or merchandising experience preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsData management experience preferredTableau experience preferredAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with a diverse work teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize based upon immediate or long-term needs of the categoryExcellent written and verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to adapt to new technologiesTravel required is less than 20%Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsGeneral office work requiring sitting or standing ...
