An integral member of the CDE Litigation team, the successful candidate, will help support practice initiatives, cross-practice collaboration, with a particular emphasis on the Firm’s litigation clients and practices.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Litigation CDE team, broader CDE team, Litigation partners, and select professional staff across the Firm in implementing CDE team strategies and requests.Distribute Firm memoranda; maintain and communicate professional and community services and related client alertsMaintain website content, Partner biographies and other Client Development and communications materials across multiple channelsOrganize event tracking and follow-up for the Litigation DepartmentAssist with the preparation of directory submissions and survey responses for various legal and business directories and publicationsSupport the Client Development team with development and maintenance of promotional marketing materials in support of the Firms client development initiativesPrepare and maintain promotional materials, such as brochures, practice area descriptions, rankings and quotes, varied advertising, posters, flyers and other promotional materialsAssist with distribution of varied marketing materials and Firm communications, such as event invitations, ranking submissions, presentation notifications, press releases, summaries and web-related contentManage data for the Firm’s CRM systemProvide competitive intelligence reports and analysis; conduct additional research through database searches, industry resources, and networking as directedSupport practice-specific daily docket-tracking effortsAssist with Firm-sponsored events and presentationsCollaborate with team on draft pitches, proposal materials and presentations when requiredWork with stakeholders in other departments and in other offices as neededSupport Client Development projects and other Firm initiatives as neededPerform additional duties as neededQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degreePreferredMajor in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Pre-law, or related field preferredSkills & ExperienceRequired2-4 years of relevant business experienceMust be able to work independently and collaboratively in a highly competitive and demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and self...
