Working under the direction of the Director of New Student Relations, this position executes recruitment initiatives, represents the college at outreach events, maintains recruitment records, and contributes frontline insights to support enrollment goals.Essential Duties:Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events in alignment with established strategies, timelines, and priorities set by the Director of New Student RelationsMaintain ongoing, event-based, and school-level relationships with assigned high schools and community partners to support recruitment activitiesRepresent NWACC at high school visits, college fairs, job expos, and other outreach eventsProvide admissions information and guide prospective students through the enrollment processUse social media, email, and text messaging to communicate with prospective studentsWork collaboratively with other college departments to support recruitment effortsEnsure timely, accurate, and consistent entry of prospective student interactions and event outcomes in the college’s CRM and Student Information SystemAssist with hiring, training, and supervising Student AmbassadorsOrganize and lead campus visits and toursMaintain a presence at NWACC’s Bentonville and Springdale locationsTravel locally using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed); most travel occurs during the workday, with occasional early mornings, nights, and weekendsAdditional duties may be assigned as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and collegeRate of Pay: $19.76 per hour*Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to positionCompleted applications received by 8/5/2026 will be assured full consideration.
