The Coordinator, Production Marketing Operations, NBC Sports is responsible for supporting team operational and production initiatives. The role is solution-oriented, with an innovative focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness of our workflows across the business and cross functional collaboration with other departments. This role also provides operational support to Creative Project Managers through organizational tasks and asset management. This position will report into the Director, NBC Sports Marketing Production Responsibilities:Support and implement consistent processes and best practices across a variety of marketing disciplines Become an expert and champion our tools and systems (including but not limited to Slack, Airtable, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Box, Frame.io, Monotype, Stock Footage/Image, etc.) Drive improvements to production process and simplify complex workflows to enable efficient workstreams Coordinate creative capabilities presentations with vendors/agencies and the Sports Marketing Content team Support Director in end-to-end process for awards submissions on behalf of the Content team, including tracking deadlines, gathering writeups and supporting documentation, delivery specs, and final submission Act as an admin for our stock libraries, monitoring asset downloads through partners like Getty ...
