POSITION OVERVIEW The Corporate Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment policies, administrative procedures, and organizational standards. This role oversees employment administration, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance tracking, performance management administration, and offboarding activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information while collaborating across multiple departments including Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Facilities, Security, and leadership. This role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position. JOB SCOPE Receive successful candidates from the Recruiting team. Prepare, process, and maintain employment documentation, personnel records, and employment change forms. Complete new hire paperwork and maintain employee employment records. Coordinate onboarding activities with IT, Facilities, Security, and hiring managers. Administer employee benefits enrollment. Coordinate payroll setup with the Finance department. Maintain employee personnel files and employment documentation. Process promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and other employment changes. Administer PTO, leave of absence, and attendance records. Manage visa and immigration documentation where applicable. Process employee resignations, separations, and terminations. Coordinate offboarding activities with IT, Facilities, Finance, Security, and department managers. Maintain company policies, administrative procedures, and employment documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records. Coordinate mandatory training assignments and compliance tracking. Maintain organizational charts and workforce records. Prepare executive reports related to headcount, turnover, leave balances, compliance, and workforce metrics. Support internal and external employment-related audits. Administer the employee performance review process. Track probationary periods and review deadlines. Maintain performance review documentation and records. Coordinate annual performance review cycles. Ensure managers complete required performance evaluations within established deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned.
