Job Description:Administrative AssistantHuntsman is seeking an Administrative Assistant supporting the Finance Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Finance Vice Presidents.Job ScopeThe Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Finance leadership and teams at Huntsman’s Corporate Headquarters. This role is responsible for coordinating travel, managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, supporting departmental initiatives, and handling confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.In summary, as the Administrative Assistant, you will:Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including passport and visa processing.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate meeting logistics.Organize onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, receptions, and special events.Provide administrative support to multiple Finance Vice Presidents and their teams.Order and maintain office supplies and business cards.Create deposit records and process hard-copy check deposits for Treasury.Manage record retention and document archiving processes.Provide backup support to Executive Assistants and other administrative personnel as needed.Support special projects and additional administrative activities based on business needs.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.7+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple Directors, Vice Presidents, or other executive-level leaders.Experience coordinating, planning, and managing meetings, special events, executive presentations, and receptions.Skills and KnowledgeProfessional, polished, and approachable communication style with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email management.Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and consistently meet deadlines.Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, processes, and changing priorities.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and...
