Therefore, we have guidelines on how AI can be appropriately used during your application and interviews which can be found here.About the Role We are seeking a Corporate Counsel, Public Sector to join our Legal team in McLean, Virginia. This is a high-visibility role that will serve as a key legal partner supporting ID.me's federal, state, and local government business — one of the company's core growth areas.  You will work directly with our Public Sector business team advising Sales, Capture, Product, Security, and Executive stakeholders on the full lifecycle of government transactions. The ideal candidate brings 3–8 years of experience with a strong foundation in government contracting, technology licensing, and public sector compliance — and is ready to operate with meaningful autonomy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role will also support the broader Legal team on an as-needed basis across commercial, compliance, and general corporate matters.
