About the opportunity N26’s Corporate Governance team is looking for a Corporate Governance Administrator to run the senior administrative engine behind our Management Board operations. Sitting at the intersection of C-suite leadership, Finance, Legal, and Risk, you will take full ownership of our executive governance workflows and high-stakes administrative processes. Based in Berlin, this is a hybrid role (minimum 8 days per month in-office) with the official internal title of Senior Executive Associate, Corporate Governance. In this role, you will: Drive Board & Committee Operations: Organise, schedule, and prepare materials for Management Board and committee meetings, ensuring presentations are uploaded on time and meet executive standards. Review & Edit Executive Submissions: Assess incoming meeting materials for clarity, formatting, and clear decision objectives before they reach leadership. Handle Documentation & Minutes: Take official meeting minutes, track follow-up action items, and maintain secure digital archives for governance records. Manage Digital Approvals & Tools: Coordinate document approvals via digital signature tools and keep board portals and process management systems up to date. Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with C-suite EAs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to keep committee timelines moving smoothly. Support Board Onboarding & Audits: Facilitate documentation for onboarding new Supervisory and Management Board members, and provide quick access to records during audits. Maintain Process & Regulations: Keep committee Rules of Procedure, deputy registers, and internal governance guidelines accurate and updated. What you need to be successful: 5+ years of executive admin experience supporting senior leaders, C-suite executives, or board operations in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to finance or legal stakeholders, with comfort collaborating across corporate, compliance, and leadership teams. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. High organizational speed & quality, with a track record of handling confidential materials, meeting deadlines, and managing complex schedules smoothly. Strong tech & project skills, including experience with digital approval tools, document management, and meeting logistics (AGM or committee experience is a plus). Bonus points: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or experience working within financial services/regulated environments.
