What you'll be doing
As our Corporate Governance Counsel, you’ll be the person who connects the dots between corporate structure, regulatory expectations, and business strategy to shape the future of Satispay's governance.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Regulatory Governance (Circular CSSF 26/906) — Lead the legal implementation of the regulatory framework on internal governance and central administration, ensuring governance arrangements between the Supervisory and Management Bodies are robust and transparent.
- Corporate Administration & Substance — Support the relevant corporate bodies to ensure that decision-making processes and administrative centers are legally sound and compliant with the latest regulatory expectations.
- Board & Committee Management — Direct the legal management of the Board of Directors, relevant committees, and Shareholders' meetings, drafting complex minutes and resolutions.
- Corporate Legal Strategy — Proactively identify governance upgrades needed as we scale and advise on organizational design from a governance/regulatory lens.
Who we're looking for
