We are seeking a results-driven Manager to lead corporate tax accounting, income tax provision, and tax compliance engagements for clients across a variety of industries. Managers oversee day-to-day engagement delivery, mentor Consultants, collaborate with senior client stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor in delivering high-quality tax accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services.
 
What you might expect:
Lead corporate tax accounting and tax compliance engagements for clients across a variety of industries.
Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations in accordance with ASC 740.
Review federal, state, and consolidated corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers to ensure quality and compliance.
Partner with clients to address complex tax accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting matters.
Lead technical tax research related to federal, state, and international tax regulations and prepare or review tax memoranda.
Manage project workstreams, coordinate engagement activities, and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables.
Mentor Consultants by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
