You’ll manage credit exposure, drive timely collections, resolve complex payment issues, and support critical financial decisions. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable, you will help ensure strong cash flow and customer satisfaction across the region.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of international customers and monitor payment performanceCollect overdue invoices while maintaining positive customer relationshipsInvestigate and resolve payment disputes and reconciliation issuesReview of customer credit exposure and support credit‑related decisionsCoordinate credit holds and order release approvalsPrepare reports on collections performance and customer exposureSupport audits and maintain accurate customer master dataPartner with cross‑functional teams and contribute to process improvementsWhat You Can Bring:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years’ experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Credit RiskStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Fluent English; an additional European language is highly desirableCustomer‑focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholdersWhat’s On Offer:Competitive compensation and benefitsFlexible and hybrid working optionsExposure to international customers and global business operationsProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesAn inclusive workplace supported by employee inclusion groupsBe part of shaping our organization and join us in building a legacy of excellence for future generations.About the LocationAlcoa is an international company with multiple locations and joint ventures across six continents.
