We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently — and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.About the Role As a Credit Controller at Unybrands, you will help establish and stand up a new credit control function. Because this role is being created from the ground up, you’ll be responsible for building processes, setting up workflows, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement a practical, repeatable approach to managing customer accounts and improving collections performance. This position is fully remote and supports the order-to-cash workflow across our global operations. You will partner with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure invoices are accurate, disputes are handled efficiently, and overdue balances are reduced through clear communication and consistent follow-up. In this role, success means not only collecting outstanding amounts, but also creating policies, routines, and reporting that will allow the team to scale collections in a controlled and reliable way. Main Responsibilities Build the credit control function from inception by designing workflows, follow-up cadence, and escalation steps. Establish and maintain AR monitoring routines, including account aging review, overdue prioritization, and follow-up planning. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to understand billing drivers and create a clear path to issue resolution. Define a dispute management approach (e.g., how disputes are logged, investigated, owned, and resolved).
