We are looking for a CRM Optimisation Lead to bridge the gap between our global strategy and the Australian sports landscape.The Marketing department in Australia serves as the engine room for local brand presence, connecting with millions of sports fans to ensure every communication lands with precision and flair.This role acts as the vital link between Australian operations and global CRM teams. Navigating the nuances of the local market requires commercial relevance, compliance, and perfect timing for the Australian sporting calendar. Influencing strategy and driving continuous improvement across a complex matrix environment ensures CRM activity remains effective and engaging.
