As an Associate Relationship Manager at Cumberland, you’ll operate at the heart of a fast-paced, volatile, and exciting market — collaborating with leading experts and innovators in the crypto industry. You’ll combine market execution skills with relationship-building expertise to provide our global counterparties with an exceptional trading experience in both spot and derivatives markets. Responsibilities: Assist in the management of day-to-day counterparty-facing operation of the electronic platform. Manage counterparty configuration, entitlements, limit setups, and controls Analyze counterparty flow, hit rates, and platform performance to identify opportunities to improve win rates, revenue capture, and flow quality. Participate in the commercial discussions with counterparties on pricing, activity, and performance Gather and disseminate relevant counterparty and market color and feedback Collaborate with development teams to promote future product development Act as primary escalation point for counterparties on electronic trading issues. Take ownership of counterparty inquiries and work with Onboarding, Operations, and Treasury teams to deliver fast, effective resolution. Coordinate with traders and relationship managers in other regions to provide seamless time-zone transitions, and consistent, high-quality service. Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to develop tailored solutions for counterparty needs – including deck construction and presentation material. Generate and share original cross market macro/micro insights (spot and options) - internally and externally.  Qualifications: At least 2 years’ experience in institutional client coverage, sales, or relationship management.
