🏠 This is a hybrid role - our Customer Growth Team works from the office 2 days a week
The Role
As a Customer Activation Executive within Customer Growth, you will work with a broad portfolio of newly approved small business customers. You will create a strong first experience, understand why each customer applied, identify relevant spend and help them begin using their Capital on Tap card confidently. You will report to the Sales Manager for Customer Activation
Responsibilities
- Create a positive first experience with our newly approved clients.
- Proactively encourage and drive increased card spend
- Working towards and hitting targets of card spend
- Making 20-30 calls a day
About you
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- A proven track record of working to KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive spirit and a passion for driving results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings
