This role actively participates in cross functional collaboration activities and supports the team as needed. What You Will DoDetails about day-day job functionality and the role itself.Oversee multiple small to mid-sized programs across SBUSupport End-to-End Business Case lifecycle activities including, but not limited to:Influencing quote and pricing scenariosProviding financial insights and advice to CAM to meet strategic goalsEnforcing compliance to process, tools, and approvalsParticipating in comprehensive business case reviews with SBU controlling and CAM stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations.Tracking and monitoring financial risks and opportunitiesAdvanced scenario analysisComprehensive documentation of inputs and changesIdentify and communicate commercial levers and trade-offsProvide appropriate input to CAM for leadership reviews including GRO, VCOM, and Board of DirectorsReconcile scope and contract with the quoted baseline and identify any variancesConduct variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and report on financial performanceContribute to financial reviews with CAM Lead and CG LeadsSupport customer claim activities, monitor and drive actions, and validate completenessSupport audit responses and complianceProvide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives.Translate financial data into actionable business insights.Represent finance in cross-functional projects and strategic discussions.Serve as the contact for budget reviews, adherence to policy procedures, and implementation of quality control measures.Participate in cross functional collaboration activitiesWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulExperience with automotive RFI/RFQ processes.3-5 years in project/business controlling, program management, or cost management.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Skilled in SAP, financial planning tools, financial modeling, and Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; business acumen and ability to influence teams.Experience with cross-functional collaboration and customer account management.What Makes You EligibleWilling to travel as needed.Flexible with working hours due to global infrastructure demands.Ability to work in a HARAM office located in Novi, MI 3+ days per week.What We Offe...
