Customer Service Executive

You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.The role:As a CSE, you will help drive our goals by:Manage canner schedules and delivery plans in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Coordinate weekly meetings with canners and distribute meeting minutes.Collaborate with internal teams to support production planning, inventory management, and operational stock levels.Maintain daily communication with canners, providing timely updates, resolving requests, and escalating schedule changes when needed.Ensure accurate SAP transactions for consignment consumption to support invoicing and financial reporting.Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to achieve sales targets and maintain supply continuity.Share customer demand insights and sales forecasts with relevant stakeholders.Support product lifecycle management to minimize obsolescence.Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as required.Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety policies and promote a safe working environment.Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as required.Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:Bachelor’s degreeExcellent written and spoken English languageExperience in an administrative and/or sales support roleProficiency in use of Microsoft office and SAP ERPExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and organizational skillsEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!What we offer:We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
