To support Schréder's digital transformation journey and reinforce our Group IT team, we are looking for a D365 Finance & HR Solution Analyst.As a D365 Finance & HR Solution Analyst, you will be the key functional and solution expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, responsible for driving the evolution, implementation and adoption of Finance and HR solutions across the Group.You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable D365 solutions. The role is primarily focused on Finance processes and solution architecture within Dynamics 365, while also supporting HR-related processes and integrations where relevant. - a bit wider description and I think to change to Solution Analyst.What you will do :1. Drive and evolve the Finance Group SolutionOwn and drive the continuous evolution of the Group Solution within the Finance & HR domainPartner with business analysts and key users to capture, challenge, and refine business requirementsContribute actively across the full solution lifecycle (design, build, testing, simulation, and deployment)Ensure clear, relevant, and up-to-date documentation (e.g. application processes)Enable and empower key users through training and knowledge sharingEnsure delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline expectationsContribute to governance and steering forums when requiredContinuously identify and implement improvement opportunities2. Manage and challenge external partnersCollaborate with external partners to deliver solution componentsChallenge partners on scope, features, cost, and quality of proposed solutionsValidate solutions and key deliverables (e.g. functional gap analysis, design documents)Participate in validation phases such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP)3.
