We are seeking a highly motivated Data Labeling Manager to lead and scale a growing team of data annotation professionals supporting high-priority AI initiatives involving text, video, and overhead imagery analysis. About the Role As a Data Labeling Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Data Labeling Specialists while ensuring the quality, efficiency, and scalability of labeling operations. You will partner with leadership, recruiting, and technical teams to build processes, develop talent, and support growing annotation requirements across multiple projects. This position is perfect for individuals who can proficiently: Lead and develop teams responsible for text, video, and overhead imagery labeling. Own hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for a growing data labeling organization. Build scalable operational processes and quality standards to support increasing annotation workloads.
