We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our global engineering teams. You will be responsible for owning the delivery lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality, and with predictable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing fintech organization where you'll lead transformation initiatives, partner with cross-functional stakeholders across global regions, and leverage modern technologies and AI-driven tools to continuously improve delivery excellence. Your EDGE Assignment / You Will Delivery Cadence Define, document, and continuously improve the team's delivery cadence — sprint/iteration length, ceremony schedule (planning, refinement, review, retro), and reporting rhythm. Ensure the cadence is followed: ceremonies happen on schedule, with the right people, producing real decisions. · Adapt cadence to the needs of different workstreams (e.g., a fast-moving feature team vs. a compliance-heavy workstream) without fragmenting the organisation into inconsistent processes. Stage Gate Ownership Own the criteria for moving work between stages (e.g., Discovery → Ready for Build → In Progress → Review → Release) and enforce them consistently. Act as the checkpoint before work advances: confirm acceptance criteria are met, dependencies are cleared, risk/compliance sign-offs are in hand, and Definition of Done is completed. Act when something is not ready and explain exactly what is missing and what is needed to pass the gate. Track and report exceptions/waivers when a gate is bypassed and ensure it is a deliberate decision. Delivery Planning Build delivery plans grounded in real data: backlog sizing (story points/estimates), team velocity history, known dependencies, and risk. Convert scope and velocity into realistic timelines and communicate them as ranges with clear assumptions and confidence levels. Re-forecast the plan on a regular cadence (e.g., every sprint) as scope, velocity, or risk changes, and proactively flag slippage.
