For more details please visit www.xebia.com About the job:- Position: Delivery Manager   Duties: Lead and oversee end-to-end technology projects—including software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives—ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery. Develop detailed project charters, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies to manage dependencies, technical challenges, and resource allocation effectively. Direct cross-functional teams of software engineers, business analysts, and vendors in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with technical specifications, SLAs, and compliance standards. Coordinate and facilitate project governance meetings and technical status reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with IT and business stakeholders. Implement project management best practices, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps to track deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.
