Digital Assets Backend Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build the next generation of digital asset, tokenization, and distributed financial infrastructure capabilities within ING.You will design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, integration layers, event-driven applications, and cloud-native platforms that support emerging digital asset and distributed ledger initiatives.While prior blockchain experience is welcome, it is not required. We are primarily looking for strong software engineers who are passionate about building resilient, secure, and high-performing distributed systems and are interested in expanding into the blockchain and digital assets domain.Work ModelAt ING Hubs Türkiye, flexibility is more than a benefit—it's part of how we work.Our hybrid way of working is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility.
