RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and deliver strategic corporate tax advisory services to clients, focusing on complex tax planning, structuring advice, and optimisation strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on tax-efficient business structures, cross-border transactions, and M&A tax implications.
- Develop and implement technology‑enabled tax advisory solutions to enhance analytical capabilities, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive business growth through targeted client development activities, thought leadership, and building trusted advisor relationships.
- Interpret and navigate complex tax legislation—identifying planning opportunities and advising clients on strategic tax positions.
- Design and implement robust tax governance frameworks to optimise tax positions while managing compliance and reputational risks.
- Coordinate with clients' tax compliance teams and other advisors to ensure alignment between tax strategy and execution.
