Director, Enterprise Sales
About The Role We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales to join our Growth team in New York, working at the intersection of technology, education, and workforce transformation. The Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for both leading by example and co-creating scalable strategies, structures, and processes to expand our enterprise relationships. You will be working with leading global organizations across verticals, to ensure their teams have the necessary skills, tools and processes to compete in a digital economy. With a product portfolio of workshops, certifications, and programs ranging across Product, Design, Marketing and AI, you’ll work closely with executive stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of organizations. Reporting directly to the VP, Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping BrainStation’s enterprise growth strategy, while growing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities Drive Enterprise Sales – Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow enterprise relationships across key verticals. Lead by Example – Serve as a player-coach, actively managing a personal pipeline of enterprise accounts while mentoring and supporting the sales team to achieve collective targets. Consultative Selling and Solutions Development – Collaborate with enterprise clients to design customized learning programs, including workshops, certifications, and workforce transformation solutions tailored to their organizational needs. Build and Scale Processes – Co-create scalable sales processes, team structures, and go-to-market approaches to support sustainable growth and expansion. Market Expansion and Business Development – Identify new opportunities and establish partnerships with C-suite and senior leaders, positioning BrainStation as a trusted partner in re-skilling and up-skilling initiatives. Team Leadership and Development – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Performance and Reporting – Track and analyze sales performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and deliver data-driven forecasts and reports to executive leadership. Successful candidates will have: Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of sales and leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of leading and developing sales teams. A resourceful self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable processes and strategies.
