You will serve as the primary Finance partner on transactions, providing financial leadership from initial evaluation and due diligence through integration and value realization. You will work closely with executives, Strategy, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and operational leaders to help ensure every transaction delivers its intended business outcomes.If you enjoy navigating complex business decisions, building cross-functional partnerships, and helping companies grow through strategic transactions, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll doLead strategic transactionsPartner with Strategy teams to evaluate, structure, and execute acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.Represent Finance in transaction governance and executive steering committee discussions.Align financial, accounting, and business considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on transaction-related risks and opportunities.Provide financial and accounting leadershipLead technical accounting assessments for acquisitions, divestitures, and complex investment structures.Evaluate accounting implications under U.S. GAAP and provide guidance on transaction structures.Support financial modeling activities and challenge assumptions to strengthen investment decisions.Coordinate external due diligence partners and internal Finance subject matter experts.Drive due diligence and transaction readinessAssess financial, operational, accounting, and integration risks.Partner with Finance leaders to evaluate systems, process, resource, and organizational impacts.Support transaction execution activities, including working capital mechanisms, closing adjustments, and governance requirements.Help shape transition service agreements (TSAs), stranded cost evaluations, and value creation opportunities.Lead Finance integration and value realizationServe as t...
