Help us help others, and join Team Unum today! General Summary:The purpose of this role is to lead and execute key technology, knowledge management, and reporting initiatives within the Law Department. This role focuses on advancing the organization’s use of modern information management capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock business value. The Director will partner closely with business, legal, and technology stakeholders to identify and deploy scalable tools and solutions that optimize how information is created, accessed, and leveraged. This leader plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the Law Technology roadmap by evaluating emerging technologies, identifying high-impact use cases, and driving implementation efforts across multiple functions. The incumbent is recognized as a subject matter contributor in information management tools and legal technology solutions, with responsibility for translating business needs into practical technology-enabled outcomes.
