This position directs the daily maintenance, and repair of all college buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Key duties include providing dynamic leadership to departmental staff, developing and administering operating and facilities improvement budgets, ensuring rigorous compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, and executing strategic short- and long-term maintenance and grounds planning. The position champions operational efficiency through the implementation of robust, preventative, predictive, and on-demand maintenance programs.
