The Job

Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and sitting on the Strategy team, the Director of Business Process Excellence sets and leads Omnidian's enterprise process improvement agenda. This role looks across the whole business, from Go-To-Market through Operations and Field Services, to decide where process change will have the biggest impact on cost, risk, and service quality, then drives that change in partnership with functional leaders. This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope: you'll own enterprise process standards, partner directly with C-suite leaders, and be accountable for measurable improvements in how work moves across the company.
