Since 1984, Larkin Street Youth Services has helped more than 75,000 young adults in San Francisco with outreach, shelter, housing, education, employment, healthcare, and other services. Today, Larkin Street Youth Services is the largest provider of housing and services to homeless youth in the Bay Area. For more information about us, visit www.larkinstreetyouth.org.  WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Director of Client & Clinical Services will provide clinical and administrative supervision to Wellness clinicians & interns, and will oversee referrals and assignment of clients, coordinate resource linkages, and perform administrative tasks related to daily program operations for the overall Wellness Department. In collaboration with the Division Director of Client & Clinical Services, the Director of Client & Clinical Services will provide clinical consultation to program staff and Leadership to deepen staff use of best practices across Larkin Street, including utilizing strengths-based approaches, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Restorative Practices to address mental health and/or substance use challenges when serving unhoused and/or marginally housed Transitional Age Youth (TAY). This position is full-time and eligible for full-benefits. Your responsibilities: Manage and triage waitlist for Wellness clinical services and match client referrals to Wellness clinicians and interns.  Provide clinical and/or administrative supervision, including weekly individual and/or group supervision, to Wellness clinicians and interns and non clinical staff, as needed.  Update and distribute monthly Wellness and Harm Reduction Newsletters to staff across Larkin Street regarding best practices, including highlighting of key community and resource updates. Provide 1:1 clinical consultation to program staff and Leadership, and facilitate Collaborative Case Conferences to assist in determining next steps for clients presenting with mental health and/or substance use challenges.  Assess training needs and lead trainings on a range of clinical topics relating to mental health and/or substance use challenges, harm reduction, and best practices for serving Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) communities, as needed.
