Director of Development
Asian Health Services, founded in 1974, provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to more than 50,000 patients. Our approach to well-being focuses on “whole patient health” for all. Job Summary
Asian Health Services Foundation is entering an exciting period of philanthropic growth and investment. As AHS expands its ability to meet the evolving health and wellness needs of the communities it serves, the Foundation is building a stronger, more sophisticated fundraising program to deepen donor relationships, grow philanthropic investment, and create sustainable resources for the future.
The Director of Development (DD) will play a key leadership role in this growth. Reporting to the Executive Director of the AHS Foundation, the DD will lead the day-to-day development program, manage and develop the fundraising team, strengthen development operations, and help translate the Foundation's long-term strategy into measurable fundraising results.
This is both a leadership and fundraising role. The DD will oversee an integrated development program encompassing major gifts, individual giving, events, campaigns, corporate engagement, donor operations, and other philanthropic initiatives. The DD will also personally manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects and cultivate, solicit, close, and steward significant philanthropic gifts.
The DD will work closely with the Director of Major Gifts and other development staff and will partner with the Executive Director, CEO, Foundation Board, AHS leadership, and community partners to build a strong culture of philanthropy and increase philanthropic investment in the mission of Asian He...
