The right candidate will have a passion for creative, scalable, and effective problem solving. This person will work heavily in support of Anduril’s program leadership supporting a broad spectrum to partner in solving hard problems in product development. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Hardware Test Enterprise Support organization—a centralized engineering shared-services team consisting of development testing, test instrumentation, data operations, rapid integration and test, and airworthiness—as you balance resources, schedules, and priorities across all of Anduril's product divisions. Sit at the critical intersection of multiple product business units (air, maritime, land, and counter-UAS divisions) and core engineering teams, translating diverse product-specific validation needs into standardized, scalable test processes and workflows. Support product lines as a critical partner in test architecture development, and collaboration with critical stakeholders on the strategic vision and infrastructure roadmap for test, physical test facilities, environmental labs, and automated test data systems that enable all product divisions to scale rapidly.
