This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to the Board and investors.Ideal candidates bring deep experience in technology or services-based business models, ideally within a private equity-backed company, and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Executive PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, delivering data-driven insights that influence key decisionsLead financial strategy, aligning planning efforts with company growth and value creation goalsTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadershipFP&A & Business PerformanceOwn the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning processes, and monthly/quarterly reportingDevelop and maintain driver-based financial models (revenue, gross margin, profitability, cash flow)Lead variance analysis and performance tracking, holding business partners accountable to targetsAnalyze resource utilization metrics (billable vs. non-billable) to optimize productivity and reduce revenue leakageCross-Functional Business PartnershipPartner with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to drive revenue growth and margin improvementSupport pipeline forecasting, conversion analysis, and pricing strategies, including large multi-year dealsProvide financial leadership for cost optimization initiatives, capital ...
