This dynamic and award-winning team is comprised of over 70 marketing and communications professionals and is looking to hire a Director of Organizational Communications.Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications with a dotted line to the Administrative Director in the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM), the Director of Organizational Communications is responsible for developing and executing an integrated, comprehensive and omni-channel marketing communications plans designed to help departments, including OHRM, establish organizational messages, keep the campus community informed of developments, and help create a positive workplace culture. The incumbent will work closely with OHRM leadership and will serve as a liaison between the Office of University Communications and Marketing and OHRM. This position has been approved for remote hybrid work: three (3) days on campus, two (2) days remote.
