About the Role Engine is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to build and orchestrate the infrastructure that powers our hiring. As we scale, we need a leader who can transform our recruitment operations into a high-efficiency machine with AI and automation at the center of how we work. You will own the mechanics of our hiring process, covering everything from the technology stack and AI roadmap to the standard operating procedures that ensure every candidate and recruiter has a low-friction experience. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology, process design, and hiring strategy.
