We’re seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who can lead with credibility, grit, and data-driven decision-making. This leader will own and elevate our global recruiting function: shaping strategy, developing top-tier talent acquisition professionals, and delivering high-quality hires at the speed our business demands. You’ll partner deeply with senior leaders across R&D and beyond to scale our technical and product hiring functions — including Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and IT, while balancing evolving priorities with operational excellence. You’ll act as both a strategist and a doer: building systems and insights that improve how we hire, while rolling up your sleeves to get in the weeds when needed. Success in this role means owning end-to-end talent acquisition outcomes with a mindset for speed, candidate experience, inclusion, and measurable impact, and landing results in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll help define the future of how Axon attracts, engages, and wins world-class talent. Location: This role is based out of our Seattle office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
