This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on technology leader who enjoys building better systems, improving business processes, and helping teams work smarter through technology. The Director of Technology will lead the firm's technology strategy while personally driving key initiatives involving CRM implementation, workflow optimization, reporting, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvement. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable planning long-term technology strategy and getting into the trenches to solve day-to-day business challenges. One of the first priorities will be helping the firm evaluate, implement, and optimize its next CRM/case management platform while improving reporting, dashboards, workflows, and overall operational efficiency. AI is an important part of the firm's future, but the focus is on applying practical technology solutions that improve how attorneys and staff serve clients and not just implementing technology for technology's sake.
