To learn more, visit clutch.ca.   About the role: The Director, Procurement is responsible for leading and overseeing all procurement activities across the company, ensuring efficient, standardized, and scalable processes that support operational excellence and long-term growth. As a senior leader, you will drive cost efficiency, strengthen supplier partnerships, and implement best-in-class procurement practices across all categories—parts, services, and indirect spend. You will also lead the design and optimization of procurement systems and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. This position plays a critical role in enabling financial discipline, operational reliability, and business scalability.      What you'll do:      Procurement Strategy & Governance Own and manage the end-to-end procurement function across the company, including parts, services, indirect goods, and strategic vendor partnerships. Develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Establish procurement policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards to ensure transparency and accountability. Partner with executive leadership to align procurement objectives with broader organizational strategy. National Parts Strategy & Inventory Management Establish national policies, processes, and KPIs for parts operations and inventory management. Develop and implement a national parts strategy to streamline purchasing, inventory control, and distribution across all locations. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast parts demand and ensure sufficient stock levels without overcapitalizing inventory.
