You'll build a high-performing team while making strategic design decisions that drive product excellence across our contact center and SaaS solutions.  How will you make an impact?  In this role, you'll have the autonomy to make critical design and resource allocation decisions that directly impact our products. Working alongside UX leadership peers in the US and India, you'll help shape our global design vision while building organizational excellence in Israel. Your leadership will blend strategic design thinking with thoughtful team development, as you establish processes that enable your organization to thrive at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. This position requires proactive communication, strong relationship-building skills, and a highly collaborative mindset. You will work closely with distributed peers and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones. A core expectation of this role is schedule flexibility, including regular early-morning and occasional late-evening calls, to effectively partner with global teams and leadership.
