As a key function within Global Quality, we are responsible for ensuring our products remain safe, effective, and compliant with global regulatory requirements while supporting Dexcom's mission to empower people to take control of health through innovative glucose biosensing technology.We partner across the organization to enable innovation, drive operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. As Dexcom continues to expand globally, the Quality Compliance team leads the evolution of our quality systems and processes to meet increasingly complex regulatory requirements while ensuring agility, efficiency, and scalability.Where you come in:You will:Provide strategic leadership for Dexcom's global Quality Audit program, ensuring a risk-based approach that drives compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Establish and lead a Corporate Audit program that proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates quality and compliance risks across the enterprise.Drive global standardization and effectiveness of the Internal Audit program while partnering closely with sites and functional teams to ensure consistent execution.Ensure ongoing inspection readiness across the organization by strengthening audit capabilities, monitoring compliance trends, and partnering with key stakeholders.Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global audit organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.Leverage audit in...
