Revlon is seeking a Director, Quality Control to lead Quality Control laboratory operations at the Oxford, NC manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, compliant testing and release of raw materials, bulk product, packaging materials, labels, and finished goods in support of FDA-regulated cosmetics and OTC manufacturing. The Director will provide hands-on technical and people leadership for QC laboratory operations, analytical testing, microbiology, stability, method validation, laboratory investigations, data integrity, and continuous improvement. The role will strengthen lab performance, build capability, improve right-first-time execution, and ensure the QC organization operates in a perpetual state of inspection readiness.This leader will partner closely with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Engineering, Supply Chain, and site leadership to support compliant production, timely product release, and sustained quality performance. Key Responsibilities Quality Control Laboratory Leadership Lead day-to-day QC laboratory operations, including chemical, physical, analytical, microbiological, raw material, bulk, packaging, stability, and finished goods testing. Ensure testing, documentation, review, and release activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable FDA, cGMP, internal, and customer requirements.
