The Director, Talent & Development will build and lead the strategy, design, and evolve our enterprise talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth. Partnering closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology, this role helps ensure we attract, develop, and advance the talent needed to build a high-performing, future-ready organization. This position is based on site in Atlanta, GA at RaceTrac's Store Support Center. We are conducting a broad talent search and welcome exceptional candidates regardless of location.
